Returning a product?
For consumer safety, we do not offer returns on Bras unless the product is faulty.
Please wait to receive your RETURN APPROVAL EMAIL before sending us your goods.
For all other products, you are able to return within 7 days of receiving your shipment for any of the following reasons:
- faulty products
- incorrect order
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons i.e change of mind. So please choose carefully.
Conditions for Return:
All returns must be:
- in original and re-saleable condition
- unwashed and unworn
Failure to satisfy the above criteria may void the return.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges
- Faulty product or incorrect item - we will re-imburse your return shipping costs
- Afterpay orders will be refunded less the 6%+30c charge.
How long do I wait?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, you will be credited within 10 business days.
